OMG! But.. Even here in Canada too, right? Like, for business meetings or company events, people are always asking for Japanese, Thai… All sorts of Asian food. So, it's just part of the business cutlure, in my mind. Well, maybe it depends on the company. People at my work are sushi freaks! 🙂
One of my hallmates in university from Iceland practiced by eating ALL MEALS with chopsticks and she got a hang of it in no time.
