I have been feeling bored and uninspired lately. I think I just really need a break. I’ve been busy at work, missing Liebling, and missing friends and family at home. The weather has been schizophrenic (hot and sunny one day, cold and grey the next). Blech.
These itchy feet are driving me nuts- I’m dying to get out of Hong Kong and explore. Bali (I’m leaving in a week!!!) is calling my name. I know that if I get through this week it’ll all be smooth sailing… But the last days have been dragging on as slow as molasses!
In other news, this past weekend, after cutting myself some bangs (see where being bored gets you?!) a friend and I set out for a little exploration of a part of Hong Kong we had never been to before. We climbed and sweat and passed by a cool cemetary on the cliff and the sun was shining and I saw some cool things! I took tons of cool pics that I would have loved to show you… Except that I mistakenly erased my memory card and accidently deleted 130+ kick ass pictures. Don’t you hate when that happens?
I do, however, have this gem of a picture, taken last Friday night while out with some friends. Theatrical, I know. And I didn’t even take drama in school.
One more week ’til vacay! Woohoo!
